Class Descriptions

MIND AND BODY:
YOGA/YOGA FLOW/POWER YOGA: Variety of Fitness style yoga using a flowing series of poses that create strength, flexibility, endurance and balance. All fitness levels welcome.

PILATES: Improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, coordination and balance.

TAI CHI: ‘Meditation in Motion’ is a series of postures of bodily movements in a slow and graceful manner, with each movement flowing without pause to the next.

YOGALATES: A wonderful combination of Yoga and Pilates!

CARDIO:
ZUMBA: A fusion of Latin, International music and dance themes that make a ‘Fun and easy to follow’ class. Aerobic/fitness interval
training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms to tone and sculpt the body.

GYM JAB: Jump and Jab in the high energy workout designed around traditional martial arts disciplines. Recommended for all levels.

WERQ: Fiercely fun dance fitness class based on pop, rock, and hip-hop music. High energy while great for all fitness levels.

BANG Power Dance: Be Fierce. Be Fit. A music driven fitness class that uses weighted gloves and injects boxing moves and interval training to make the cardio dance experience reach a whole new level!

CARDIO Drills: Blast your cardio fitness level with a variety of cardio moves. You will challenge your aerobic
and anaerobic threshold each time. Be ready to burn some bodyfat and calories!

PiYO: Crank up the speed to get a fat-burning, low-impact workout combining strength & flexibility leaving your body looking long, lean and incredibly defined.

BOOMERS: An active aging low-impact class. Groove to old school music while working on cardio endurance, balance and stability.

STRENGTH:
BARRE: Uses portable ballet barres while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training, combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. Targets core, butt and thighs.

STEP 360: Combines the best in balance, strength and cardio. Using a variety of additional equipment to maximize the benefits. Compliments workouts for all ages and fitness levels.

BUTTS-N-GUTTS: A butt-kicking, gut-wrenching, thigh-toning class aimed at improving your core and strengthening your back to improve posture and core strength.

PUMP: Boost your metabolism by increasing lean muscle mass, while toning, firming, tightening and conditioning. Class incorporates dumbbells and body bars. Good for all fitness levels.

TRIFECTA: 20/20/20 class. 20 minutes of a cardio warm-up, 20 minutes of strength and conditioning, 20 minutes of core and isolation drills. Great for all fitness levels.

RIPPED: Our signature boot camp style workout formatted to include all our club’s toys and tools in one fantastic workout. Modifications will be introduced for beginners.
